If your tracking information states that your package was "delivered" and you have not received it, you must contact USPS and file a claim either thru your local post office or the USPS site.
M&M Links Jewelry & Accessories does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds, credits or replacements of product for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
We are not responsible for lost packages. By completing your order you accept and recognize this as our shipping policy.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed Deliveries - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
